If you travel with children and want a room where the whole family does not have to sleep in one space, this hotel answers that directly: the Family Triplex suite is 115 m², with a lounge at the entrance, two bedrooms, and a third room with its own bathroom on an upper floor with a separate entrance. There are only twenty-three of them, and they are the first to sell out in season.
The resort opened in 2007 on a 90,000 m² site in Belek; the suite wing was renovated in 2024.
Location and getting there
- Antalya Airport (AYT): 35 km
- Belek centre: 2 km
- Antalya city centre: 40 km
- Nearest hospital: 7 km
We arrange the private transfer from the airport in a car or minivan depending on the size of your family, at a fixed price agreed before you travel. Note: the hotel does provide a free airport transfer, but only for guests in Royal and King suites and the villas.
The beach
The resort is directly on the sea, with no shuttle and no long walk. The private beach is 300 metres long, holds a Blue Flag, and has a pier. Sunbeds, umbrellas and towels are included.
The hotel’s own description says the beach is mixed sand and shingle, not pure sand. We mention it plainly because it is the kind of thing that spoils a first day when you discover it on arrival.
Between May and October Caretta caretta turtles nest on this beach. The hotel applies night lighting restrictions to protect them, and children love it if they happen to see it.

Six rooms are adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Capacity is 1,200 beds. A swim-up suite means your door opens straight onto the pool, which is very convenient with small children, but there are only twelve of them and they are booked early.
Board and restaurants
Ultra All Inclusive: three buffet meals, a snack service, a night buffet from midnight to 04:00 and drinks around the clock. There is a children’s buffet, a diet buffet and show cooking.
Six à la carte restaurants open 19:00-22:30: Tuğra (Turkish charcoal grill), Cassia (Far Eastern), Paprica (Italian), Ada (Mexican), Alesta (fish and seafood) and Tumanna steak house, which carries an extra charge. Alongside them are eleven bars, a traditional Turkish breakfast at Tuğra from 09:00 to 11:00 by reservation, a gözleme corner and the Aqua Bistro patisserie.
One important point about the à la carte system: one free visit per week, and it requires a stay of at least seven nights. Book before 16:00, and there is an evening dress code.
Pools and aquapark
Seven pools with a combined water surface of 12,516 m²: the main pool, the Lake House pool, the activity pool, the palm pool, the aquapark pool, an indoor pool and a half-Olympic indoor pool. The outdoor pools are heated to 26-28°C, open 08:30-19:30, and have lifts for guests with reduced mobility. The aquapark runs 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00; children under ten must be accompanied by an adult.
Children — where this hotel is genuinely strong
The Caretta kids club, for ages 4-12, runs in season from 10:00 to 23:00. That closing time is unusual and it means you can actually have a quiet dinner. The club is split into mini, 4-7, and midi, 8-12, and children wear a supervision wristband. The Cool Age teen club, 13-16, runs 10:00-18:00 and 20:00-23:00.
Facilities: two children’s pools with slides, a wooden playground, a cinema with films in several languages, a play and sleep room for infants, a games room with Lego, a trampoline and a ball pit, a mini library, mini golf, garden chess, table football, shaded sand on the beach, a children’s reception and a children’s restaurant and buffet.
A babysitter is available for a fee with 24 hours’ notice. Two children up to age 12 stay free in their parents’ room depending on the rate type, which we confirm for you at booking.
The hotel was named best family hotel in Turkey 2024 by M Türkiye, and is on Coral Travel’s list of the 25 best family hotels for 2024.
Spa and fitness — La Calisse
4,500 m², open 09:00-20:00. Free: two heated indoor pools, a Turkish bath, two saunas, a steam room, a relaxation room, a vitamin bar and a gym. Paid: massage rooms (twelve classic, three skincare, two Ayurvedic, two Thai, one Balinese) and four VIP rooms, each with its own Turkish bath, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi — a good option for families who want complete privacy.
Sport
Two hard tennis courts with floodlights (rackets and balls included, coaching charged), squash, bowling, table tennis, basketball, pilates, yoga and aqua gym, darts, beach volleyball, and a games room with billiards and arcade machines. There is also a professional football complex: three match pitches and a floodlit training pitch to UEFA standard, with changing rooms, stands and a filming tower.
About golf: the hotel does not have its own golf course, contrary to what some sites suggest. What it does is arrange bookings at the nearby international Belek courses, and green fees are paid separately.
