- Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up.
- Balloon flights depend on the weather. If a flight is cancelled for weather we move you to another day, or cancel it at no cost to you.
Children aged 0–3 travel free on every tour, and older children get a discount — just ask when you book.
